Enjoy the mellow richness of our Medley Salami. You’ll find a roundness to the taste as the sweet and savoury flavours get carried through your mouth by the buttery feel.

 

Keep things nice and mellow by pairing the Medley Salami with a semi-hard cheese, like a havarti or an edam, and a glass of Chardonnay.

Ingrédients:

Pork, salt, mustard seed, glucose, dextrose, spices, sodium ascorbate, lactic acid starter culture, sodium nitrite, sorbic acid, smoke. Coating: water, gelatin, spices, red and green paprika, mustard seed, onions, vegetable oil, vinegar, sodium citrate

How it's Made

We bring out the natural sweet and savoury taste of Freybe’s Medley Salami with a hand-coating of crushed red and green bell peppers and onions. We hand-craft our salamis before they are fermented, lightly smoked and patiently air-dried for four to six weeks in the time-honoured tradition to create a classic European dry cure salami. All of our salamis are made in Canada using premium cuts of meat.
