We’ve given you our German-style Pepper Salami (for a little warmth from the peppercorn coating), Cervelat (for its mild, smoky tang ), and our Medley Salami (rounding out the selection with its sweet, buttery taste).

 

Pair this collection with a medium to highly acidic wine. Try a Reisling, a Pinot Noir or a dry sparkling wine.

How it's Made

We hand-craft our salamis from a traditional blend of the finest cuts of pork before they are fermented, lightly smoked and patiently air-dried for four to six weeks in the time-honoured tradition to create a classic European dry cure salami. All of our salamis are made in Canada using premium cuts of meat.
