How it's Made

We make the distant smoky aroma of Freybe’s Skinless Cheese Smokies blending our pork cuts to the perfect consistency and combining them with mustard, white pepper, coriander, ginger, and rich, creamy cheddar cheese. We take pride in our sausage-making traditions that have been handed down our family for more than six generations.
