Want something that will satisfy the entire family? We created this pack so the whole family can to go on a culinary tour of Europe. It has Cervelat (for a mild, smoky tang from Central Europe), our hand-dipped Parmesano Salami (with its nutty saltiness from Northern Italy), move onto our German-style Pepper Salami (delivering some warmth from the Motherland with the peppercorn coating), and finish with our Red Wine Salami (for a tangy yet rich flavour that’s reminiscent of an Austrian Pinot Noir).

How it's Made

We hand-craft our salamis from a traditional blend of the finest cuts of pork before they are fermented, lightly smoked and patiently air-dried for four to six weeks in the time-honoured tradition to create a classic European dry cure salami. All of our salamis are made in Canada using premium cuts of meat.
