We craft Freybe’s artisanal Mennonite Style Farmer Sausage with a blend of premium pork, white pepper, onion, and mustard. The secret to the complex flavours is in the hanging and smoking process. We take pride in our sausage-making traditions that have been handed down our family for more than six generations.
